Thank you to everyone at the Queen Mary Practice for welcoming us into such a warm and friendly environment. I have had a great time on this placement and have been able to learn a lot so thank you! I have also seen how everyone in the practice works as a team and goes that extra step for patients and it really is inspiring.
I have never considered a career in general practice until now.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I just would like 'the powers that be' to note how impressed I am by this surgery since Dr T. Khan took over the practice. I have been a patient of this surgery for over 7 years now and it is in my opinion the best it has ever been. The professionalism of all staff, and in particular the tall gentleman on reception is a credit to the surgery. His Standard English is exemplary and he deals with concerns in a professional manner. You have so many patients to attend to but I always feel that the Doctor and Receptionist have my best interests at heart. I visited today at 0940 and Dr Khan was on time. All I would ask now is that the NHS could find some money to redecorate and give the place some TLC because it needs it!

Best service I've had in years
I've been with this doctors about 10 months as the rubbish previous doctor in walthamforest would not register my new baby as I had moved 15 mins down the road(wasn't happy) but to be honest it was the best thing that could of happened me and my new baby have been treated wonderful me and the baby have different gps but they are both amazing my gp is always smiling and as you can imagine after having a baby and your body going through changes it's can be a challenging time but the doctor has supported me and made me feel super comfortable talking to them about anything the doctor is a credit to the surgery I would recommend this surgery to anyone moving to the area as you will honestly receive amazing care I'm not one to write reviews but they deserve it and I'm thankful and appreciate the level of care me and my beautiful daughter have received.

My views on the practice
I ve been with the practice for a few years now and i cant find a fault with it, the staff are
fantastic and our GPs outstanding, and they have been responsible for saving my wifes life
10 stars out of ten for all the hard work they do with little thanks from a lot of other people

we have been with the practice a few years now and they have looked after my husband my niece and my self very well they are polite and helpful all the time and and are outstanding in the service they provide most of all the doctors listen to you to solve your illness not just bung you full of pills they are tere to care for you and thats what makes them a family practice a firm cut above the rest .

Going the extra mile
I recently took my son to see a doctor I had not seen before. The doctor really took the time to listen to my concerns and put in effort they did not need to, making sure I knew opening hours, locations for hospital appointments etc. The reception team are always helpful and will do what they can to help. The practice nurse is excellent - very professional and friendly. As with any practice, there have been a few occasions I have not been able to make an on the day appointment but I do understand this is the nature of the overstretched NHS these days and not a reflection of the practice itself. If you phone up as they open you can usually get in at some point.
